Chris N. Okonkwo, M.D. F.A.A.P.
Chris Okonkwo, MD, is a Board Certified Pediatrician specializing in comprehensive pediatric care, including tracking developmental milestones and immunizations. Dr. Okonkwo has privileges at Munroe Regional Medical Center and Ocala Regional Medical Center. He is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics, the Florida Medical Association and the Marion County Medical Society. Dr. Okonkwo earned his medical degree in Nigeria, and then completed his residency training at the Department of Pediatrics at New York Medical College, Metropolitan Hospital in New York. Greggy Laroche, MD
Greggy Laroche, MD, treats all general pediatric concerns and illnesses. He enjoys working with children of all ages and helping parents throughout the varying stages of childhood and adolescence. Dr. Laroche has an special interest in gastroenterology (GI) issues. He completed two years of training in gastroenterology and nutrition at Johns Hopkins Hospital. Dr. Laroche completed his medical degree at SUNY Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, New York. He completed his pediatric residency at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. Languages spoken: English, Creole
Katie M Falco, C.P.N.P., Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner
Katie Falco is a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner with more than 20 years experience in primary and acute pediatric care. She has specialized knowledge in a wide variety of pediatric issues, such as asthma, obesity, and communicable disease. Nurse Falco is also a University of Florida, South Florida and Central Florida Pediatric Nurse Practitioner Student Preceptor, helping to train future medical professionals. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and her Master’s Degree in Nursing from the University of South Florida in Tampa, Florida.
Susan Lakatos, C.P.N.P., Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner
Susan Lakatos is a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner who brings to our practice years of experience as a Pediatric ICU and Pediatric Emergency Room nurse. She is a member of the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners. She held a nursing position at the Marion County Health Department before joining the Children’s Health of Ocala. Nurse Lakatos earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia and her Master’s Degree in Primary Health Care of Children from Seton Hall University in South Orange, New Jersey.
